We will have a practice at New Community Church Friday August 17, 6:30 - 8 pm
**Make sure you wear your dress shoes to practice in**
** We will Crown after every 3 age divisions except for the Preteen - Mrs. We will crown all 4 divisions at the end **
Attire is Sunday best or Pageant Wear
Awards: Beauty: Winner * 1St Alternate * 2nd Alternate
We have added a new award to the 2011 Miss Hoschton Pageant. It is the Armed Forces Family Service Award.
This is awarded to contestants who have close family members in the Military

Most Photogenic - PLEASE DO NOT MAIL PHOTOS
Photo can be wallet size up to an 8 x 10 (color or black & white) One photo included in registration fee.
*You can submit more than one photo for an additional fee of $5.00 for each photo*
*Bring photo to check in the day of the pageant. Photos will be judged approx. 15 minutes prior to each segment of the pageant.
If your photo is not turned in 15 minutes prior to start time It Will Not Be Judged!
Proceeds will go to support our GA National Guard Soldiers
deployed to Afghanistan
Attire is Sunday Best or Pageant Wear. We encourage each girl to be AGE APPROPRIATE.
Please wear age appropriate make-up. NO MAKE-UP for baby and toddler divisions. We want
to be able to enjoy each girl’s natural beauty and personality on stage. We are here to make sure
each contestant feels like a winner. Our goal is to instill self-confidence and self-achievement.
Participation Fee
All applicants paid by June 1st: $55.00
All applicants paid by July 2nd: $65.00
After July 2nd: $75.00

Program Book Ads
1/2 of Ad Sales Can Go Toward Contestant’s Fees! This is NOT required. It is just a suggestion to help with the fees for the pageant. Plus it is a good way to give your
contestant a great good luck boost or for local business to get some great advertising at a great price!

You can do any format you would like. You may have several ads put together to make a full page. Ads can
be a picture of your contestant with "Good Luck Jane Doe, Love Grandma & Grandpa" or it could be an ad
from a business. All ads must be submitted in ready to print/copy condition. Contestants may count
1/2 of the ad sales amount toward pageant fees. **Example, if you sell 1 full page $40.00 will go towards your
pageant fees.
** Ads are due on deadline date of August 4, 2012.
